Meet Coach BTO

Built through the game. Driven by purpose.

BTO Soccer Academy was created by Coach BTO (Beto Franco) to provide a structured, high-quality training environment where players of all levels can build confidence, sharpen their technical ability, and develop a true understanding of the game.

Soccer has been a lifelong passion for Coach BTO shaped from a young age and carried into his continued involvement today. That foundation drives his coaching style, bringing energy, intention, and a genuine commitment to every player he works with.

Coach BTO began coaching in 2025 with AYSO, where his first team finished 2nd in league play and earned a Spring Cup medal. He currently coaches at the GU11 club level, competing in CSL league play.

His mission is simple: to create an environment where players are challenged, supported, and developed with purpose building confidence, strong fundamentals, and a deeper understanding of the game both on and off the field.
